Our new pit is called the SOFR exchange

Any prequaled SOFR account will be on the SOFR exchange, if they choose. On the exchange all parties are free to engage in over the counter, but the auto pit boss runs continually.  e can pre-patent the SOFR coin, and  the New York Fed can be a managing exchange partner.
