As far as I can see, that’s the progressive political landscape on climate change. Anyone else besides me feel left out?
It is highly unlikely progressives will reduce CO2 emissions. Notice in view 1 the progressives are busily increasing CO2 for some time while betting the dream.
First, why are only progressive idea considered? And what if I have no clue about my own political philosophy so I am not even on that axis.
What happened to tort? The polluter and pollutee can agree to a Coase solution, pick the intermediate point; based on increasing accuracy of evidence. Get smart tort judges, judges who understand the balanced trade and use evidence weighted by accuracy.
