Huge Victory for Gay and Transgender Rights in the Workplace

The victory, no doubt, will be jammed up appellate courts.  Constitutional law is a mess, a huge unmanageable power grab by the federal courts.  The end result is always unknown to Roberts and company.

The great mistake of the various tribes was to think the Constitution is flexible, except in rare occasions, it is not. This is similar to the flat earth problem.  The Constitution requires sound law from the legislature, anything less and we get jammed up courts.

As in California, they can never cram federal money into this economy effectively because the liberals have deliberately jammed the court blocking the various pathways. This kind of effect would be completely unobservable to the Delongs and Drums of the world.  They have been trained not to connect dots, deliberately ignoring Lucas criteria.

I quit looking at the issue in detail, I have already convinced myself that this mess is an unstoppable and sever restriction on the economy and part of the California bankruptcy problem.
