Hence we see that the Fed cannot increase bank taxes to the three percent expected. Doing so almost certainly triggers a Nixon Shock, one way or the other.  None of this is lognormal, loglinear in these ergodic theories of economists.  But fairly visible via forensic accounting, what we might call logentropy, or the hidden Marlkov model.
