The Proton spectra

That wave region, from 91 to 107, will be as available as your null quantizer has dividers.  That is the function the system is minimizing, the SNR. The system ends up with mode spread from proton to Higgs and Proton to electron balanced. The system shifts the decimal point, and the wave is granted spectral space. But small and large bubbles allow wave to requantize slightly shifted. So, all that precision at 91 is equivalent to having the most divisible null ratio. The more common factors, the more sample rate shifts are supported. The Avogrado number, and all forms of it, has a bit of error.  That error is inverse to precision, which is the divisibility of the SNR function.

The neutron use the precision to move up to 92, the proton drops to 90.  The negative particles come about because they are large, not small when hitting the Higgs, so in the echo, they reverse phase. Basically, we go ep hal an integer or go down half an integer.
