The Supreme court executed a grave violation by not properly identifying any human victims of the crime.
The CEO, I presume was the representing human victim. What did the CEO say? Did he feeal it a personal violation of his right as a corporate officer? If so then the court has to distinguish a whole morass of corporate restrictions written into corporate law, it is a contracts issue.
If the CEO says he was representing the shareholder victims, then the court is still stuck, looking through a morass of share holder right and restrictions under corporate law. A contracts issue.
Roberts never got through the corporate law issue as he ignored the human victims entirely, and that is a sever violation. A violation so severe, only a complete numb skull sitting on the court would attempt it, only a complete retard. He must be an MIT graduate.
