The goal is to compete with Trump insiders, and bet the tweets. The algorithm must detect the 'tells' like a poker game. We have a huge derivative industry good at this.
We will search for the 'uncomfirmed reports' just before the tweet, then we have the insider signal. There is always the insider who gets the first Trump grumble. Likely a Repub Senator because in the senate the insider trade is legal.
