A technical slip, the poster really means credit. Credit cards, and virtual cards, will be had by all, and are handed out to all, but technically capable of credit, it is denied. Just a technical note.
The Bernie Sanders plan makes no sense. Poor people need a better credit history, and our smart card technology helps do that a bunch. The Smart Card helps a whole lot of poor people in many different ways, especially its contract management.
