Clearly we have follow on therapy, like continuing to walk the hysterics to day meetings with Mueller. Behind the scenes is a huge budget mis-match which no politician wants to face. Congress has until Oct to agree on a budget, else interest charges will jump a bit during the election.
A jump in interest rates shifts the focus back to small state voters and the smaller earmark funds, they will vote their earmarks. The other problem is teachers waiting two years to hear news of a federal bailout, a lot of time wasted. Things might grind down resulting in a T and S, before the election.
