Even Uber going sandbox

  • Uber is expanding its financial services efforts by hiring several dozen engineers and product managers in New York, sources say.
  • The New York team could eventually exceed 100 workers.
  • The goal is to create products that increase loyalty and engagement among users and drivers, including a possible bank account, the sources say.
So, the industry is going to need a ledger routing node, one that can manage transactions across ledger systems.  It is an essential component now that we have many different versions of sandbox coexisting.

A router verifies transaction across ledgers. If one instead one attempts to create the universal ledger, then one fails miserably. The inter-ledger router is now essential from the way the market evolved. Sorry about that to all who dreamed of universal block chain. The good news is that we can see some structure in the huge white slate of a market created via Moore's law.

Not a problem, this is what sandbox is all about, making nets liquid.

I get a bit psycho doing this, it seems like I have been handed the job of directing the redevelopment of a 15 trillion dollar industry.
