We have garage hobbyists that build and crash these things all the time. The difference is the cost, our military pays to high a price for these things. And yes, it is ok to shoot unidentified drones in international waters.
So, fuck the Pentagon, I want my money back and if the Pentagon blows another few trillion on war, then California is not paying a single dime for their crap, Texas can pay for the Pentagon crap, Texas keeps ordering the stuff. Texas and the Space Cadets can start paying their full taxes for their crap.
