The last time Social Security was in trouble, the supposedly final, drop-dead, full-on crisis date was April 1983, when Social Security would start to run a deficit and check processing would be delayed. Do you know when President Reagan finally signed legislation to fix things? April 1983.

Exactly, a matter of history, and we will do it again.

Does Kevin understand the consequences? No, pricing is a complete mess at the moment, look at the yield curve. Kevin is clueless if he thinks he can price capital in this environment.   Last time he peeped, his claim was that his generation only has to do this once, unlike the previous generation.  Who gave him that idea?
