Justifying dream interpretation

The critics say brain excitations are random at sleep. They are not quite random. The brain goes through an energy restoration process, building up precursors to neural transmitters.  But the rebuilding is where the stress of yesterday, and ongoing stress deplete the system.

So, the excitations are by no means random, but are certainly not thought, they are not sensory driven executions of suppressed neural sequences. The waking process activates the observer of this process, and waking is not a sudden event. Sop, the wake brain begins to classify what is happening as an experience, upon the waking process. It was never a dream, it was an awakening process.

Dream interpretation is about how we mis classify upon waking up, awakening is a kind of relearning, we go through our earlier primitive beliefs. How we is interpret this restoring process tells us how we misinterpret life's events, including early childhood adaptions.
