Tying Trumps hands here is OK, no one state, except Montana, has agreed to pay the bill. In fact, we still have an ongoing tax war in progress, between the Swamp, NY and Calizuela. The threat of a trillion dollar blunder is high, as taxpayers have learned. The Swamp has been reckless in the past, we have a scofflaw count, know the cost.
