Repubs want big bailout

McConnell rips Democrats for passing 'piecemeal Postal Bill', 'ignoring urgent needs' of Americans

We knew it would come to this. They paint this in all sorts of code words, but the answer is:

Repubs want cash to state capitals.

Dems want cash to state pensions.

And even with their stupid code words, eventually they will get tiny clues about the Constitution.  But it is likely too late, the election draws close.
