I just mentioned the problem and Cuomo opens mouth.
I remember a year ago, or so, somehow speech and executive action got mixed, and ever since politicians have been sued for political speech that may imply an Unconstitutional. This was my point, at the time liberals were not thinking, just waving the talking points. From now on they will be reminded again and again until the court corrects.
