A very tiny clue enters AOC brain

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) on Tuesday night suggested that the United States can only heal once “oppressed” states in the south are “liberated.”

Her statement is colored with the usual stereotypes, and she likely does not have the brain to sort that out.

But her main point can be restated: Revenue sharing works better than earmark sharing an the small states have an existential crisis which will get much worse.
