Victim-Blaming During a Pandemic Doesn't Make People Safer

I hear this stuff all the time from some libertarians. They expect socialism at the emergency ward.  

Be true to your principles, emergency rooms are free to reject covid patients as long as people are free to contract the disease. Will that make people safer? Yes, libertarians might get a clue and recommend a different strategy!
