Meth and the zombie hood

The kids from 20 to 35 caught on meth, they have one behavior, search the hood for another toke.  Thei brain cannoit generate a balanced precursor for neurotransmitter.  When the meth wears off, suddenly, they incur what appears to be a concussion, severe headaches and dazed and very confused.  So they have one option, search for another toke until they pass out.

Cause? Mis-education, treating meth like just another recreational drug. Parents didn't notice, they did not pre-police and inform the teenagers.  Schools and county mis-informed.  Meth is an outstanding toxin, much worse than cocaine.  Parents carried a hopeful myth, they can always go to rehab.  It is a very different rehab, and it is not offered around here.  These kids, stuck in their hood, will always get caught back on the network, a zombie behavior.  Even at 30, many cannot even leave the hood.
