Taxes, taxes, taxes

The IRS and especially the California tax board a nightmare. Inundated with forms all around.  Hard to fix the mess when both the state and federales have there huge, immediate obligations and teeter in the brink of stoppage. Both parties have their complaints, but the politicians of the parties will always spend first and tax later.,
