Sued because there is no free entry and exit.
We been through this with AT&T:
On June 13th, 1980, the Court ruled in favor of MCI, awarding MCI $1.8 ... a long distancetelephone system between Chicago and St. Louis. ... FCC came out with Carterphone decision, which letthird parties attach equipment to the AT&T network. .... MCI and DOJ initiate antitrust lawsuits againstAT&T.
The Cartphone was big and kicked off network connectivity. So, for the tech titans, this new lawsuit is big, it can make the sandbox official. Just like AT&T judges, the conclusion will be no other than pricing entry, sell ports.
