How much extra CO2 pollution have California's environmentalists caused

• Forest fires are about 6-7% of CO2 pollution, California is 1/6 the economy of the USA.  Bad forestry management likely added 1%CO2 pollution nationwide.

• Mass transit in California is known as some of the nation's most energy inefficient.  Likely an extra 1% above what cars would have done.

• California is sending CO2 polluting tractors around the world to dig up lithium, and plans to have piles of lithium everywhere.  Add another 1%.

California is the sunny state, it does not need much home energy, and the surplus energy thus available, relative to New York, is much.  Environmentalists waste energy massively because we actually have surplus. They go on unscientific coloring book fantasies.  A venezuelan boat anchor plopped in the middle of the nation.
