Free speech and assembly

Uber Drivers Cannot Unionize, Says National Labor Relations Board

Any group of individuals can meet and sign a document that says they are a union.

Where are the friggen constitutional lawyers? Oh yes, Nepalitano  is claiming a circus equals the right to illegal search. He is no help. Where is that Dershowitz guy?

OK, I will handle this.

Uber drivers, you are free to speak and have assembly all you want, even if you call yourself a union. If Uber execs bother you then you are free to unassemble and unspeak to them. There may be a precious government regulation goodie you have to give up, but Trump has no intention of delivering anything good, like do-re-me; so do not sweat it. Ignore the NLRB, if they bother you, call me.
