Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), who is running for president, has proposed investing $50 billion in historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and other minority serving institutions (MSIs).This idea flies in the face of the judiciary, who at this moment are would be groaning over this proposal. It ends up in a nasty court battle about why it is perfectly fine to have government racism. As a lawyer with any brains, she would be aware of the stupidity of it all, maybe she is political gambling, fine.
But one thing she should never miss are the thousands of lawyers and pundits who to follow the court proceedings. She cannot help but hear from the whole gaggle of us.
