My nearly dead disk and Xwindows

Managed to get a slow disk, and paging on complex javascript is a night mare.

But, once again, the XWindows queue flushing error show up. A drag and drop gets lost, rather than hung. in queue. If the queue cannot deliver a complete drag and drop, then deliver none; that is intelligent flushing. In the new, distributed architecture based on snippet, or API-ification;  the separate IO model can easily add a bit if intelligence to the queue manager, it is a common form and any given application can select a queue flusher to match.
