Staying away from cash until my Cal taxes are done

Some money is coming in from some remote, small real estate investment.  But I don't want it, at least until I do  some more work on settling with Calizuela back taxes.  My legislature wants subsidies from me, via the tax man.

I walk a difficult line.  As near as I can tell, they intend to use my money to attack me,  and get more from me. Whites are an at risk ethnic group in Calizuela.
