Our Alzheimer's president had the same problem

Dave Stockman had to present very short, simple sentences to Reagan as his brain was mostly mush during the presidency. He had to use simple graphics when Reagan's ability to do simple reading went to hell.

Does Trump have it?  I dunno, he seems to be getting dumber over time, more cognitive dissonance.
