Rand Paul making a Schiller narrative. Rand thinks this might get Kentucky a few nickels down the road. He is likely right, that is his job, by the way.

But this is not evolving into any meaningful narrative, in the Schiller sense.  We will not see Constitutional scholars researching the Rand Paul doctrine on impeachment.
