Kavanaugh Gets Standing Ovation for Federalist Society Speech
Kavanaugh thinks he is crowned king of the frat. In his head there will be no twist of the Law which is not brilliant.
The problem is that Constitutional Law is the simplest of all the laws. It takes a genius to know this, and all the dummies we put up think they have some difficult law making and we get jammed courts.
The Constitution boils down to a few fundamental rights, separation of the three powers, and dealing with state separation. The entire thing is written on a few pages of scroll.
Most of the major rulings boil down to three or four, starting with establishing the meaning of Constitutional review. There are very few oddities which do lead to current interpretationss, or otherwise can be ignored. Not many, the Court can punt on those, or take a guess.
The rest of the crap is mostly special interest groups trying to cheat with the current set of delusional dummies, like Kavanaugh. Then the appeals court gets packed with political decisions constantly jamming the Supremes.
