Consider my case, I am a tax scofflaw. The amount small relative to much larger multi-million dollar cases, but it carries the map.
I have a deal pending with both the Cal and Swamp tax hunters on payout deal. I have a real estate partnership up for sale to cover my end. The deal is among existing share holders, most of whom are worried about the new prop 13 revision. So I am willing to hold back the taxing agents until mid 2020 and then get the fair price. The taxing gents are getting desperate and tax issues loom in the Swamp elections.
A loop. A loop caused by California's massive House delegation pushing state programs and taxes onto the Swamp, and it is not working. Finance, even small fry like me, need to price the loop, it is in our genes. We will spiral down to uncertainty, paying the cost then meet a strike price and complete the loop, suddenly four transactions happen all at once. Nutty as fuck, pure Swamp and Hispanic failed state knocking heads.
