My corona model

I have the ARDS color, they under sample the infected who over sample.  My beach ball has the ARDS group surrounded by the infected and immune. My infected have the fastest sample rate.  My colors cannot overlap, naturally.  This means the ARDS group has a multiuide of paths merged to it, but it can only be one colored.

Who are the ARDS color? They are the triadic interventions, actually teams responding to an event, from all over the infected color.  They got economies of scale.  In relatistivic mode, they look like high rate color samplers, they take a lot of patients and have a larger queue variance.  But, convert to non relativistic, the the ARDS colors are big clinics, surrounded by neighboirhoods of infected and immune. I three colored my little town out here in California, be I do not have enough N to stop ongoing recoloring.

My point about the Huffman encoder. It works because node output is independent, rounded, but node input is Poisson. And we do that, this is the inventory equation at Walmart.

The key is to find the ARDS early, then your allergy clinics can take them by the hundreds, catch it early, fly out to Arizona for wo weeks to cover the allergy risk. There are only 5-8% of us ARDS, extend the immune time.  Hore it is seasonal, but this is the common cold, and that is repeatable.

Like nearly half infected at one time!!!  Yes, but of the common cold. This is the status quo ante. 5% of us have an allergy emergency, and they give us the two weeks. If you get the common cold, two days minimum at home, just in case.

But, this is maximum entropy, and N reasonably fixed, the solution to the common cold is that same for any three color, except for the occasional trip to Arizona. But that is free ranging, has the highest possible number of substitutes, merged paths.   So, folks alter their vacation plans on occasion. The Huffman encoder makes white, uniform. It is quasi stable with the N limit we have.  Keep the immune period longer,  the beach ball will not color with N limit,  there will be higher probability that some buttons are not colored, those buttons are extinct virus.
