Decoding messages with the quantum decoder

The decoder receives quantum units of pico seco9nds.  It sets the pico second tra;p and run the quantum decoder to the trap. It reads the internal state which should be the next byte from a secret key.

If the incoming byte is really a ten bit encrypt, then I divide by four, eight, or six or some prime; depending on scale and security. And then run the quantum decoder for the specified pico seconds. If I read out the necxt valid key byte then the message is in the code.  The attacker cannot reverse the quantum decoder and it is known only approximately in any exchange.
