Using the key delivery method, then training on those keys means we dump the keys and use the quantum computer to decode. We are safe from counterfeit for twenty years, easily. The cheap cards do not send keys around toot much, they do not need to carry them at all, they can be replaced by training the quantum computer.
This standard, unless I missed a flaw, should be adopted as sandbox standard, no key held, all quantum security. We solve a major problem. From thumbprint to Fed trading pit, sandbox seems ever complete.
