If you doubt my theory of the jammed federal judiciary, this is it.
There are so many 'Make shit up excuses' that his Law issue trips up along the way and simply jams the whole legislative process until the election. The Supemes have allowed too many sand in the ear opportunities, and this shit appears in every issue, not just the obvious.
