True bitcoin cash and cash limitgs

 I assumed we want t pass bitcoin cash from secure card to secure card.   Found i was easy since the card cannot double spend and guarantees exchange of encrypted text.  We will just share the signature, in encrypted form, among the cards. But the cards will not double spend and can obey the cash limit, This allows the same signature to be used for multiple cash transactions, since each card obeys cash limits.

Any card possessing a bitcoin cash form can extract part of it, and pass on the other part, maintaining the limit.  There needs be two cash limits, the smallest unit and the number of units, it should be quantized a bit. We can build this feature into every cad, standard, and there is a common method for cash payments regardless of ledger system.
