Bond traders out of work

If I read the Bloomberg yield charts, they list seven terms periods for debt sales.  Four of those term periods are within 10 basis points, and a bond trader won't get out of bed for less than 15.  Almost half the debt cartel traders have potentially lost their jobs.  Pension fund will just buy the best of the four for a particular trade, three traders sitting out the deal.
