At this point government pricing is a mess and most of this spending is going straight to theft.  

The result will be more disinflation, I expect inflation to run below 1% for much of 2020, unless we recess.

One reason for a Fed cut: Powell now fears too-low inflation

Trump is raising interest charges so high that there is no discretionary spending left among the millennials.  And that leads to debt/deflation, and we are stuck, we may be stuck waiting for the Fed to disappear, replaced by sandbox.
