The defense department, like the Obamacare department is mostly spinning wheel where they buy enough to keep the budget short and projects incomplete. Both will always be deperate for money, and Trump still remains dufas about the problem. We are headed for MMT sooner than later.

Setting prices in the Swamp has not worked for some ten years and all we do is generate wheel spinning with no progress.  Carriers remain unusable, patients pile up more in the waiting rooms. We get more government stops and sequesters.
