The 14th amendment on debt guarantees and the 4th prevents illegal takings

Tell me, Roberts fans, how do the  ill Supremes going to handle this when the millennials are due to pay boomer debt?

The 14th guarantees the government will harass millennials for all this debt they had nothing to do with, never voted for it and have to pay it, as will their children?  The 4th is in conflict with the idea,  this can be construed as an illegal taking.

Roberts and Thomas and Soltomayor too dim to resolve the issue.  I can assure you all with 100% certainty, this issue will need to be litigated, and if Roberts cannot give a satisfactory answer to the millenials, we got a problem. I dunno here, anyone?

The 14th is a problem for a lot of legal minds, including Sotomayor.  It is just a restatement of the bill of rights which were never in doubt. One of those things, and now the 14th guarantees a guarantees of debt/deflation. A difficult Constitutional question, hard to resolve without making new law.

I might consider that the 4th predates the 14th in priority when there is conflict, but god knows what nightmares I would create as legal side effects.  Someone write a post on this and give us some differing views, I bleg you.
