Average Americans manufacture guns for the regulated militias

Bloomberg criticizes Texas church hero who saved 200 lives.
“It’s the job of law enforcement to carry guns that .kill. We just can’t “let” the average American have guns in a crowded place...gun control saves lives...”

And further, we have private regulated militia as defined in part on of the Second.  So our friend with the gun permit is presumedly part of a regulated militia hired or appointed by citizen's in the church.

We are not paying union wages to the cops when our churches can send some of their members to regulated militia school. Bloomberg is not keeping up, he may be a simpleton in disguise.
