Where do the workers come from?

Population growth is way down in the green line.
Total employment to population down, the red line. But younger workers are employed at the higher ratio, blue.

Leading me to believe that we have a miscount.  Those are not all new jobs, many are modified jobs after the boomers retire and the retired jobs are not counted accurately.
