This is a home work problem. At any given Markov point we know exactly the arrival rate of error updates. e know, by assumption the error count is not rolling over, all error updates must be cancellations and interactions.
We know the density ratios from the ration of the error requirements for the two lower queue. Density ratio is the division of their sigmas. We know Avogodros's. So we can directly calculate the number of spin firings for every charge firing.
