Mueller's other known implausibility

Mueller used to be in the FBI, and was now head of the team looking for the source of the word 'emails'.  At the time of the Downer meeting, the FBI had already know about the original hack, and crowd strike just spotted the second. So the hackers lost their source at that time, the same time that the words 'email' began to be spread by Assange.

So Muedller knew, right away, all parties had the word, the hack was busted.  It would have been impossible to collude, ti was all over the White House, the DNC was hacked.

The word 'emails' became more widely known at about the time of the Downer meeting. Papa was the middle link in one five element chain from the Russian gal to Downer and the FBI.  There were likely four or five other chains.  Among the local crowd, likely  twenty or more knew 'emails' by that time, and another 500 mistakenly remembered the personal server emails, and the missing batch.

Mueller, the White House, DOJ, knew, day one, that this was not an investigation of collusion, but a politically motivated wide ranging 'look see'. And that is manageable by the president, there is not, never was obstruction. Well known exculpatory evidence. Andy Napaloteon, the public lawyer is full of shit, my legal opinion.

Remember the icky feeling we had about Mueller?  We were all there, sort of glued to our pundits and conspiracy theorists; run time entertainment, tweeted as we go. And it was already discovered, by FBI and concluded by Crowd Strike, and nearly public knowledge from day one.  The more likely reason that Assange rushed the emails out was because everyone except Trump knew what was happening.  Hillary obviously kept up to date. This was a committee of investigation from day one, not a DOJ crime scene. Trump walks into office, and the DOJ is obliged to show him exculpatory proof of a non crime. Game over.
