The country has been mired in chaos since the NATO-backed uprising that deposed and killed dictator Muammar Qaddafi in 2011.

Libya, a chaos in action.  The whole mix is in there, and all of them got a militia to match. Gone are the days when the Romans handled all this. Trump and Putin agree about the solution, oddly.
