Amazon just made Prime even harder to cancel

Jeff is reducing shipping costs for Prime customers. and taking a loss to do it.. Why not just offer Prime customers a deposit and loan facility? Run the Prime credit system as an entirely independent entity? His advantage at Amazon is that he has a prequalified customer set, he knows them to have consistent budgets already and his scofflaw costs drop.
