Austerity, spreading across the land


We get a few more of these budget cuts then usual. 

 Being a local mayor is becoming difficult, and this is spreading to county education departments. Who gets the new funds? Nurses and hospitals. 

All these cuts are in the 5-10% range, relative to the plan one year ago.  This is enough to show up on aggregate new hires,  fewer entry level jobs, like summer jobs with the city. This is still, moderate, short lived recession soon.
