Kevin failed to show the covid map of the USA which also match, inversely. Republican areas are not spreading the virus as fast. It is a rural/urban difference.
You have to complete the analysis, you cannot stop at the point your priors are confirmed. When we see a study like this we always have to assume the original authors had priors and failed to complete the analysis.
