I would consider it a crisis for LA. LA has nicer weather than El Salvador, but is still comes to a million a year.  We will end up with more teacher strikes, like the one brewing in Sacramento.  Just having 50,000 new kids in the school system in LA each month alone will cause two strikes a year.
