African American inner city school kids grow up in families and neighborhoods out of control, no one seems to calm down. Cops and social service agents are way too expensive. The solution is endogenous, Blacks need to look up the word, sublimate, for many of their emotions. They need to develop a respect for sublimated emotions, nothing is resolved by outbursts.
