Congress is a market place

And it is a -reciprocal trade, and there are competitive tax systems. Sorry things are not simple for the MMTers.

Who are the pit bosses in this Congress market? Big banks, the banks that sling debt. The debt flow can be modeled. Or you can read the published law and custom, the debt cartel is real, legal, not completely mandatory and does its job.

There is no central G, and MMTers, like their Keynesians, want solutions symmetrical about a G. The G is itself a value added channel, like the debt cartel. It has a rank of nearly 4, and the debt cartel does not have that kind of accuracy over the common recession cycle, it leaks. And the leakage is back to Congress, insurance.

We know the Congress insurance portfolio account, it is called the CBO projections, so far proven impossible without the 15 year T&S. We will be deciding soon, as we have tested every other path it seems. Not a crisis, business as usual.
